INGREDIENTS – 4 servings
1 cup Water, 1 cup Flour
Salt
Olive oil, Sugar
METHOD:
Pour the water in a pot. Add the salt. When it boils add all the flour at once. Stir with a wooden spoon until there are no lumps.
Fill a pastry tube with the dough.
Prepare a pot to deep fat fray. When the oil is very hot, squeeze the dough into the oil in a circular motion.
When golden brown remove drain on paper towels.
Cut into 5 inch pieces with kitchen scissors.
Sprinkle sugar on top.
Serve with a cup of Spanish chocolate.
